What happens to your items
We check every item and choose the best next step. Remaking and composting need a lot of material, so we collect items until we have enough.
Re-loved
Items in good condition are cleaned and sold again as re-loved characters.
Remade
Once we've collected enough, worn items are shredded and turned into new material, like 3D printing filament or plastic for moulding.
Composted (coming soon)
Our plastic can be industrially composted. We're looking for a composting partner, and will add this once we've found one.

Questions
Can I send back items in any condition?
Yes. Broken, worn or well loved, we take them all.
Do I need to send the packaging?
No, just the items. A small padded envelope is fine.
When do I get my points?
We add them to your Burrow Rewards account once your items arrive and we've checked them.
Can I send items from other brands?
Not at the moment, only Cosy Burrow items.
What if I don't have a Burrow Rewards account?
It's free to join. Create an account with the same email you use on the form.
Can I swap points for cash?
No, points can only be used as money off your next order.
