How do I join?

Click Join free and enter your email. We'll send you a 6-digit code, and that's it. You'll get 100 points straight away.

How do I see my points?

Sign in, then click the Rewards button in the bottom corner of any page, or See my points at the top of this page.

How do I use my points?

Open Rewards, pick a reward and you'll get a discount code. Copy it and use it at checkout.

How do levels work?

Your level goes up automatically as your total spend grows. You never lose your level, and you don't spend points to level up.

Do my points expire?

No. Your points stay in your account.

What if I return an order?

Points earned on a returned order are taken back off your balance.

I forgot to use my points

Points can't be added to an order after it's placed, but they'll still be there for next time.

Can trade accounts join?

Yes! Trade and wholesale accounts earn points too.
